Well it was kind of a run, the wind was tough, it made my breathing hard. I went with 20/50, run/walk splits but like the other day I added walking breaks as needed especially in mile 4 where I decided to just walk the hill. My body came into the run feeling sluggish and I just couldn't get over it.
