Wanted to get in a slightly longer run to check things out, so decided on 50-20, walk-run splits, to keep things easy. Felt good for the first 4 miles although after mile 1, it started raining, never heavy but enough to notice, then after mile 4 I lost focus and started having knee pain. So decided to not extend the run any further.
