LH was closed for deer hunting so went to the River Bottoms to enjoy the trail and have the wind blocked. I did 40-25 with the 40 being running. It went fairly well, I slowed down a bit because of mud and then around mile 5 tripped and then shortly thereafter slid in the mud and wiped out. Love trails.
