Another interesting run, on the positive, my ankle is almost pain free, I do need to push the pace harder to see if that holds true but a very good improvement. As to this run, I was doing 20/50, run/walk splits except I did through in a 1/2 mile of walking to check my walking pace and as expected it's slower than it should be which is why my pace is also slower. I also walked most of the hill to not do any harm and to work on the walking again. I will need to work on that and once it's where it should be then check my pace.
