Notes

Did a combo run-walk MAF run. I found that doing 60 seconds walking then 30 running kept me right in my MAF zone. I am expecting that I will need to adjust the walk breaks to reduced walking as had multiple times that my low HR went off around 55 seconds. Overall ok with this run, had wanted to do 3 more miles but I was out of water so I pulled the plug.
