A great day to run, that said I didn't have it again. Not sure what's going on but the legs feel heavy and the lungs are definitely congested. Did another base run, 20/45, run/walk splits. I did wear my firm shoes which always make my legs feel heavy. No worries on to the next one which may be a few days.
