An odd trail run, was surprised to see how much I slowed in miles 3 to 4, doing my dual phone app, they had a difference of .2 miles over this run which I remembered as being a 6.5 mile run,will need to check. Next time in LH, should wear my Garmin and see what it shows.Warmer than I was expecting otherwise it was good.
