Dropped my car off at Chas for some work, decided to run home, felt ok, I was able to push it a little and for miles 2 & 3 I added a minute of walking so basically all 3 miles were probably close in actual pace. I did so to not push the foot, I am following the Sock Doc's advice for a tight tibialis posterior muscle.
