Ran with Wayne and was pleasantly surprised to see that Karen had decided to join us for the run. Ran in shorts again, love it. Felt good on the run and since it was my first of the year I decided that is a great way to start a new year of running. Meaning, feeling good, running trails (just a bit of ice in places) and running in shorts.
