I was hoping to push it a bit but the wind or my recovery from the double red or that the paths weren't plowed, whatever it was it got to me fairly quickly. Also hard to fathom from yesterday morning waking up to 10 inches of snow, today it looks like we got to 50. I was doing 20/45, run/walk splits which just didn't work as within the first mile I was struggling to get air. Felt sluggish, hopefully tomorrow is more normal.
