Started out feeling fine, wanted to run 10 to 12 miles, one thing I failed to mention in yesterday's post was that I tweaked my achilles. Turns out, I tweaked it more than I thought as after a few miles it started to bug me, I stopped and stretched and all was ok for another mile or so when I went up a hill with an ouch. So after a few more miles, I decided to cut it short and not do any damage. Near the end of the run, I did take my shoes off and go barefoot for about 1/4 mile to see if that bugged it, it didn't but the rocks felt sharper than I would like. Time to rest up for Chippewa.
