Not a great run, it may be time to deal with what's going on. Calf was tight and cramping for the first few miles, had to run, walk, stretch, run, repeat. Then I felt good, them my back tightened up. Add in switching jobs at work, volunteering at a local High School and I may need to take a break from something.
