Went out hard in the first mile, felt very good but as expected the calf screamed despite wearing calf sleeves. So I decided to walk 2 minutes each mile to help slow it down. I saw a bald eagle in LH, this is the first time I have seen one in this park, sweet. I tried to catch a few pictures but it was pretty far away.
