Nice long run. I added walk breaks so I could extend the distance.My goal was simply 4 mi/hr along the river bottom and it was easy to do. I did have achilles pain but switched to my Inov-8 330's after12 miles and they added support and lo and behold no more achilles pain. Interesting, will test my theory on my next long run.
