No energy this morning either, the double red donation I hope is the cause. Nice morning otherwise, just no gas in the tank. I tried to go easy as I was sore from yesterday, thought it was going to work but then hit the wall. Decided to ease back the last mile as it wasn't worth risking injury. Wore the calf sleeves and they helped but the legs were still tight and sore.
