A recovery run-walk, just ran when it seemed like I should. First time running in Whitetail Woods, interesting trails that they have carved out. I stopped multiple times to check the map to get a feel for the routes that might be possible. They also had a paved trail around Empire Lake. Will make it a regular place to run, nice to have it close along with Lebanon and Murphy.
