Ran with Karyn in Fargo before watching our baby run her 5k, nice run for us, I gave my knee a break this week, still having issues but will see how it holds up on today's long run. Baby girl set a 5k PR on an outdoor track but the wind was brutal, gusting to 30+ steady state around 20 mph.
