Was hoping to make this a blended walk and run, the amount of coughing during the first mile made me adjust a bit. So I simply walked the first 3 miles, attempting to get back to my normal fitness walking pace. For the last mile, I added in some running spurts, kept it slow as I didn't want to have more coughing attacks and my body is still sore. All things considered it went ok and I should soon be back.
