Since it's our 2nd year in a row, we can now call this our traditional Thanksgiving 8k run in Hastings, I again ran with my wife and my daughters and a boyfriend walked the course. My youngest is coming off of a broken foot and I know she would like to be back running but we were glad that she walked this year. The name of the race is the Gobble Gait and to be honest it might be my favorite 8k course ever. You start in downtown Hastings loop our around a park and then return to downtown. Parking has been easy, the course has hills and turns so it keeps your interest. Oh and the weather was unbelievable for a Minnesota Thanksgiving, mid 40's and blue sky.
