An ok run kind of, still having issues with the phlegm production, I counted for a while and I am spitting about 4 to 5 times a minute and when I try to push it, I cough it all up. Did 40-25 splits and was surprised by the times. I did get my flu, pneumonia and shingles vaccines today so maybe they slowed me down.
