Had hoped to get in a decent base run, unfortunately the amount of ice on the paths and roads made it a bit slower. I did 20/45, run/walk splits. Good news is I didn't wipe out on the ice. And for the last mile, I went out into the roads a bit more which helped the pace a bit.
