Well that didn't quite go as planned, was intending to do a marathon pace workout, I figured with my legs being a bit tired it would be a good test. Went great initially then during mile 4 I felt my right hamstring. It was a relatively sharp pain and I decided to pull up, tried to stretch it and gave it a few minute and then decided to walk it in. No reason to push it, will give it some TLC before Ultra Loony.
