Notes

Prepping for a hot Med City, decided to try different run-walk approaches. 1st mile was 30-30, was somewhat slow getting going but pace got faster as I went. I then did 30-30-30-60, repeats in mile 2 & 3, pace was about the same but effort was easier, very interesting. Sunday will be very interesting.
