A nice 3 mile walk around Lake Phalen, I did it awhile back when I needed to process my brother's cancer and then today to help process his death. I want to walk more this winter as I need to improve my walking stride if I want to tak on the 100 mile distance ever, And of course forgot to shut off the timer so my last mile was in the car :-).
