Still waiting on the results of the stress test, did see the initial report in my chart, looked good except for that my blood pressure went to 240/120, started at 120/80, at a max HR of 137, so will be interesting to hear. As to this run, tried to keep it low key and the pace slow, got caught in a thunderstorm, my phone turned the gps off for awhile which led to the distance being wrong, actually went 12+. And is did have the normal breathing/coughing issues.
