Well that didn't turn out well. I started off doing a 50-20 walk run, then I went to 40-20 and then I stopped. A sharp pain during mile 2 meant I hobbled walked my way back. Very disappointing, MRI is scheduled so hopefully I will know soon whether surgery or additional time off is required.
