Used the 30-30 method, the hip pain was consistent but did intensify at times, so I slowed down some in mile 2 and had to push harder mentally in mile 3. I have a ways to go but still it was a run. I think I can now do the 10k and 5k but it would not be easy or pain free, hopefully it continues to heal.
