An interesting run as I experimented a bit with my walk-run splits. I was doing 40-25 splits and I changed direction during mile 2 & 3, meaning it turned into 40-25 run-walk. I did have to focus on my breathing cadence and it worked ok, learning to breathe again as I control my cough/spitting/breathing had a few issues during mile 3 especially when I went up some short hills. It will be a work in progress.
