Annual Gobble Gait Thanksgiving run, as is normal ran with Karyn and for the first time in 11 months my run was not consumed with coughing. So maybe I am finally turning the corner, I did still spit a hundred times and sucked on cough drops but only had a few coughing episodes. Saw an article on exercise induced bronchitis and they recommended taking singulair 2 hrs ahead of the run, which is what I did, so maybe :-), I can get this behind me.
