Got in a short walk while Karyn was at PT for her neck. Knee pain was worse after visiting the Dr, probably from the manipulation. For the moment, I am thinking to try to rehab the knee without surgery, it will require more patience on my part. Will avoid running for a couple of weeks and instead continue the walks, rehab exercises for core and biking. Patience will be needed.
