Felt ok early, ran with Karen for the first 8 miles then ran another 12 with Wayne. A struggle for me the last 4 miles or so, tight achilles, no water, had heed but it was too strong. Miscalculated the hydration. Did try Vespa, now I need to read the right way to use it. No ill effects from it.
