Started out with some clouds and feeling ok, it was warm so I wasn't pushing the pace, just taking what i had. Not sure why but as the ankle pain increased, clouds went away and the heat got a bit intense, well I just hit the wall starting in mile 3. So need to allow for some healing and recovery and wait for the cooler days ahead.
