Runners of Hope, nice 4 mile run, beautiful December day, gray, cloudy and around 40 degrees, anytime I run in shorts in MN in December it is a beautiful day. unfortunately I had foot pain through out. Since it was my first run of the week (not good) that was a disappointment. I will see if the pain increases today and for sure will try different shoes tomorrow.
