Not a good run, felt like 2+ years ago, i couldn't stop coughing/spitting which in the Covid age is not good. I basically punted on the last mile as I couldn't get my breathing stabilized. Not sure if it's an aftermath of my blood donation or ????. Will see what tomorrow brings.
