Another beautiful day, this run was as bad as yesterday's was good, I could not seem to catch my breath so after 3 miles I just slowed everything down. HR was high too which may mean, not hydrated, too much Halloween candy (caught up to me) or just wasn't my day for whatever reason. I did repeat the 20/45, run/walk splits and this may be the most disappointing run, oh well, tomorrow will be better.
