Decided to run versus bike today, I did 20/45, run/walk splits and this is the first run where I seemed closer to the pace I was running before the ankle injury. It's still got a little ways to go but maybe I need to reconsider Mankato. If I go for it I will do it as virtual regardless of the distance. Not sure if this is an indicator for my decision but I just noticed the shoes I wore today now have 26.2 miles, interesting.........
