Cannon Valley (Med City Virtual) Marathon - part 1, decided to run 7+ miles out from Welch towards Cannon Valley and then back. All things considered I was happy with the overall result, I did 35-25 walk-run splits, figured it would be nice to see a faster time than last time which I accomplished albeit still very slow. Hard to push without it being a real event :-).
