Notes

Used a 30-30 galloway method which allowed me to push it a bit. I slowed down on mile 4 as coming up the hill slowed me down and then I got out of rhythm. I don't think I could sustain for 26 miles but I like having the 30-30 available as it might allow me to recover if the wheels come off.
