Calf is tight, definitely need to work on it. I decided to test my walking times and as expected I am walking too slow, somewhere between 17 and 18 min/mile. At Murph, Rick was between 15 & 16. So one thing to work on this winter is walking fast. Third run in my Hoka's. Love the cushioning but I think I might like them better on roads than trails.
