Easy run with Wayne, he filled me in about his recent race down in Indiana. My legs were a bit tender from running in my VFF's yesterday. Nothing unexpected, calf tightness and still some lingering heel pain. Good news, I was able to get another run in shorts, ~37F and a bit windy. Just need to keep the snow away for a few more weeks, no make that a few more months.
