After a needed day off (more mentally than physical), I headed out in a freezing drizzle. Interesting last week of weather. The paths and roads are snow packed, slush, puddles, a bit of ice and an occasional clear path. So with that in mind, I decided to move to a 20/50, run/walk pace and not worry about it as it was going to be a different type of run. Happy to get it in, never easy to get out the door in a light rain/drizzle mix.
