A perfect day to run, mid 40's, light breeze, a few clouds. I again did 20/50, run/walk splits, happy again with the pace and my HR for it. The plan now is to do Grandma's a virtual marathon, so I will back on the Cannon Valley trail for my first marathon of the year.
