Decent long run today. I probably should have worn my trail shoes as the trails had about an 1" of packed snow on top of some icy trails. My feet actually got really tired today, I think from my toes trying to grip pavement. Drank about 10oz of water and ate two gels - my favorite kind of gels are the frozen kind. They don't stick to my mouth nearly as much. My body is ready to start to increase mileage.
