Second 25 miler in 24 hours. It went surprisingly well! I went into the run with a positive mindset, and it made a big difference. I also drank plenty of water the night before and during my run. I could really feel myself baking in the hot sun, but it was good practice. There was a bit of a slow down, but not too bad. The first lap was the Afton 25k lap (15.55mi), so I added a prorated amount to the total based on the distance (0.50mi).
