My left quad was sore when I started, and by mile 12 it was quite stiff. I wanted at least 20mi today, but I don't want to aggravate my quad muscle too much. Wiped out running down a hill near mile 10.5 - thank goodness it was a relatively smooth hill, not a lot of rocks. Not sure what caused me to wipe out.
Increased the mileage by 0.3mi for the single lap based on previous watch data.
