Legs felt fine, body was ok, but my head was not in it today. I think I could have laid down anywhere on the trail and taken a nap. Ran the miles 16 and 17 with a random guy from Duluth; we talked for awhile about the upcoming Voyageur race. By the end, I was surprisingly spent. Time to taper into the Voyageur next weekend.
