Early start to my Sunday. We had brunch plans with Laura's family at noon, and there was no way I was going for my run afterwards. I love heat, but it's still tough to run in - expected high of 95F. So I was out the door at 4:40am to get my miles in at Afton. Good run, although I became pretty dehydrated. I noticed around mile 16-17 that I wasn't drinking enough water. I slowed up quite a bit the last 10 miles, but it was still a good run. Lots of climbing and a bit more technical than Murphy.
