Started off with a 10min warm up. Hit zone 4 and tried to get down to zone 3... 10min each and then decideded to do some hill repeats. Long climbing hills on golf course . The long up and down was a mile long and did that 3 times and then did the hardest uphill one more time. Avg heart rate 168 and max 183.
