one out and back warm up.

rode 85% effort until I got to the last curve and went 100%effort to the beginning of the divider at mkingbd.

Then recovery back towards tee pee hill. I did three of those intervals. for total ride incl recovery avg. speed 18.9

max. 26.8. I was trying to stay around 23mph for the 85%.
