Notes

Easy 600m warm up. followed by drills.

4x25 kicks w.o board and for breathing 3 arm strokes to catch breath.

2x 50 one arm swim.

6x 50...25finger tip drag...then 25 swim.

8x100m...25 easy 25 fast 25 easy. 15sec rest. but did a 30 sec rest btw 4th and 5th.

200m cool down.

Ernesto saw me and said that I look good above water but i am not moving fast ....pretty much what is going on under water? I need to work on that.
